jt97: Out of the four Bengals players enjoying Hawaii at the Pro Bowl, TE Jermaine Gresham needs to soak up the experience with other great players more than anyone else.  Andy Dalton, AJ Green, and DT Geno Atkins have all taken their games to the next level.  Gresham still hasn’t reached his potential as a dominant player.  He needs to become that if the Bengals ever want to become a good offense that can win vs the good teams.  All of the good teams get really good play out of their TEs.  Gresham has been up and down since turning pro.  He has the talent, size, and he’s a tough guy.  He just needs to put it together.
